Copper!
I got pulled over today, and given 10 days to get my car in total working condition (which will cost more than the car's worth). Not that I have anything against the police.

No, the guy was quite nice about it, he even said "I'm sorry, but I have to do it."

Haha! If you all had road worthy cars and followed the rules, it wouldn't be an issue now, would it?!

There's a matter of having enough money to keep them road worthy.
Anyway, have you even got a licence?

As a matter of fact, I got my L's today.
And while you might be thinking Smurf Boy, that I am not one to talk, the fact that I held off getting them, might suggest I am financially better off to afford a more road worthy car! If you can't afford to maintain a car, then why the hell do you have one?

Sure, they won't get you on DD, but I bet you'll get done for speeding.
Anyway, having your licence isn't just about owning a car, it's also about experience. You might be able to drive your parents' car, and maybe even a work car - if you're that lucky.

What's your point?
If you are driving a road worthy vehicle and following the rules, then what's the problem?

I bet you don't follow all the rules. You say you will, but you'll get lazy.
Anyway, cops might pull you over for anything, usually they pull over P platers automatically, usually just to check up on them - nothing wrong with that. Don't get me wrong, msot cops are alright, but from time to time, you encounter a total arsehole in a copper's uniform, who might dispute the roadworthiness of your car, or say you were driving recklessly, when you weren't

So, smile and nod. Tell them what they want to hear and be done with it.

Oh so quiet!
Smurf Boy! Not lashing out at Chloe! What did I do to get oh so lucky? I think the rest of the board might be having withdrawal symptoms... we were keeping them entertained!
