Dear Thomas Corp Members,
All of you will be very sad to hear that as of August 1st 2002, Thomas Radio will be off the netwaves. The station that has been rocking Thomas Corp's socks off since the early days, will be shutting shop.
Thomas Radio has been broadcasting non stop since August of 2000, free to all of Thomas Corp's loyal followers. The initiative began in the early days of May 2000, when Thomas Corp was but a few days old. After a few months of research, development and organization Thomas Radio was released with much fanfare. The highlights of Thomas Radio include being the only internet radio station to unofficially broadcast the 2000 Olympics. It continued to broadcast, through the golden era and even through the hard times, but unfortunately, the internet boom is coming to a rapid halt and taking a lot with it. Thomas Radio only just managed to survive this past year by the barest of margins, but it persevered. Finally, on the eve of its 2nd anniversary, the Thomas Radio era, as with everything, must come to an end.
On behalf of Thomas Corp, the staff and the community, id like to farewell this amazing service.
Farewell Thomas Radio, you have served us well, you will be missed by everyone.
As for the future, maybe we could hold a reunion sometime, and relive the classic tunes of Thomas Radio, who knows. Until the next feature demise of Thomas Corp, goodbye.
Yours Faithfully,
Thomas James
CEO of the Thomas Corporation.
Hope you enjoyed the show.
